One man's trash is another man's treasure - find yours at The Hawk Morning Show Fall Clearance Yard Sale on Saturday, September 4 from 8am to 12 noon in the parking lot of SteelStacks on 1st Street; just off of Founders’ Way in Bethlehem, next to the ArtsQuest Visitors Center.
Vendors get 2 parking spaces - one for their vehicle and the one in front of the vehicle to display their wares (8x8 each). The Yard Sale is limited to 200 vendors - you must register and get your ticket on Ticketleap. Over 1000 people come to shop - so be prepared!
Vendors - What to know
• Vendors will be allowed to enter the selling grounds approximately 6:30am when gates open. Gates may open a little sooner depending on traffic.
• By purchasing your space at the Yard Sale, you agree to the terms and conditions in the waiver section which permits photos taken on site.
• Vendors will be lined up and parked amusement park style. You will be parked next to the car in front of and behind you. If you want to be next to another vendor, make sure you arrive with them and are next in line.
• Each vendor will receive one (1) parking space for their vehicle, and one (1) approx. 8' x 8' Parking Space to sell from. No vehicles will be permitted to drive through the selling area during selling hours.
• Additional Free Parking is available directly across First Street from the selling grounds. Do Not Park in spaces marked for ArtsQuest Members Only. Parking Tickets will be issued to violators.
• All items must be unloaded into the designated selling space. Participants are required to bring their own tables, chairs and bags if they desire as long as they stay within their own area. Participants will be able to set their own prices and keep 100% of their profits.
• ArtsQuest doesn't allow unassociated businesses to use their property to sell items, meaning if you are a representative or consultant of Pampered Chef, Silpada, Tupperware, etc, you may not sell those items at this event. Just personal yard sale stuff.
• Items that contain profanity or obscenity will not be tolerated and will be removed. Items such as weapons including pocket knives, machetes, meat cleavers, guns, bows or anything else that may be deemed harmful or inappropriate will not be tolerated and will be removed from the selling space immediately.
•Participants are required to safeguard their own belongings. There must be someone attending a space at all times.
•Participants are not permitted to sell anything that is not in their possession, stolen items, or that does not exist at the time.
•Participants are NOT permitted to sell food or drink. The City of Bethlehem requires that all food distributors have a license or permit to sell food of any kind. Participants in such will risk fines and/or removal from the event.
• Selling will begin at 8am!
• You must provide your own change. It is suggested that you start your bank with at least: (1 ) roll of quarters, (20) $1 bills, (4) $5 bills and (1) $10 bill.
• A dumpster will be provided to discard of any unsold items and garbage. Once the garbage is placed in the dumpster it may not be removed. When the dumpster is full, all remaining items and garbage must be taken with you!

•Selling will conclude at 12 noon! Please be courteous and patient when leaving. Remember that it takes a little while to get all 200 vendors out of the lot! Make sure you please clean up your mess.
•Tents are typically not permitted on site due to liability issues.

This WINNER’S AFFIDAVIT and ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT is executed on the date set forth under below by the undersigned individual, a winner of the on air contest (the “Contest”), in favor of radio station WCTO-FM, WLEV-FM, WODE-FM, WWYY-FM, WEEX-AM/WTKZ-AM, Cumulus Media Inc., its subsidiary companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, “Cumulus”), whose address is 2158 Avenue C, Suite 100, Bethlehem, PA. 18017, sponsor of the Contest.
I, ______________________________________ , being duly sworn, depose, and say the following:
I am a U.S. resident at least 18 years of age and I currently reside at _______________________________________________ .
I am submitting this Winner’s Affidavit and Assumption of Risk and Liability Release Agreement to Cumulus with the understanding that it will be relied upon to determine whether I am entitled to receive ___________________________________________ (the “Prize”), which I was selected to win as part of the Contest. I understand and acknowledge that Cumulus has no obligation under the Contest Rules to provide any additional, separate, or substitute prize to me in connection with the Contest. Cumulus is not responsibility for lost, stolen or delayed mail.
I, by signing this Agreement, acknowledge that there are certain risks associated with my acceptance and use of the Prize, any of which could result in serious bodily injury or death. I represent, warrant, covenant and agree that I am accepting and using the Prize entirely of my own choice and volition, and that it has not been requested, suggested or required in any way by Cumulus that I accept and/or use the Prize. I acknowledge and recognize that my acceptance and use of the Prize may involve potential danger to my person and property, and I knowingly and voluntarily intend to accept and use the Prize after being apprised of such danger.
In consideration of the Prize, and with full knowledge, understanding and consideration of the inherent risks involved, I, by signing below, expressly assume all risks of any nature whatsoever and do hereby release Cumulus of and from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action, torts, obligations, costs, losses, claims, liability for bodily injury, death or other type of damage or injury of any nature whatsoever, including any damage or injury related to or arising out of my consumption of alcoholic beverages at any time during any travel related to the Prize, and any and all other liabilities of any kind or description whatsoever, whether in law or in equity, whether known or unknown, that I hereafter have or may have, arising from or by reason of or in any way connected with any transaction, event, or circumstance that occurs or exists by reason of the Contest, my participation therein, and/or accepting or using the Prize. The release contained in this paragraph is intended to be broad and to release Cumulus from all liability for all claims arising out of any loss, damage or injury (including personal injury or death) to my person or property that results from any accident, transaction, event, circumstance, act or omission in connection with the Contest, the Prize and/or my acceptance or use thereof. I understand that by accepting the Prize, Cumulus has fulfilled any and all obligations it has or may have to me in connection with the Contest, and I have no further claims against Cumulus in connection with the Contest or the Prize.
I hereby give Cumulus and its licensees, affiliates, and assigns the right to broadcast, or publish my name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including my voice, recorded or live, for any reason that Cumulus deems necessary without compensation, unless prohibited by law, and I hereby release any and all claims I may have against Cumulus for such use. I further acknowledge that Cumulus owns or will own exclusively any photographs of me used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and I hereby assign all such ownership rights to Cumulus.
I further agree to not to make any disparaging, negative, or defamatory comments, whether written or oral, about Cumulus, the Contest, or the Prize. I hereby covenant and agree to not take any action that is designed or intended to have the effect of discouraging any listener, employee, customer, supplier, or other business associate of Cumulus from maintaining a business relationship with Cumulus.
I am not, nor is any member of my immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of my household (whether related or not), an employee, agent, subsidiary, or affiliate of Cumulus, other participating sponsors or an employee of any other broadcasting company.
I hereby certify and affirm that I entered the Contest in accordance with the Official Promotional Rules and that I have read and understand the Official Promotional Rules.
I agree to return to Cumulus any prize that may be awarded to me if any statement made by me in this Affidavit and Release is false.
I understand and acknowledge that all federal, state, local, and any other applicable taxes are my sole responsibility and that Cumulus will report my winnings to the Internal Revenue Service in accordance with the law. For tax purposes this prize is valued at no more than $0.

This Agreement shall be binding upon my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Station is located.
I HAVE READ THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT CONTAINED HEREIN AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL OF ITS TERMS. I HAVE EXECUTED THIS WINNER’S AFFIDAVIT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF ITS SIGNIFICANCE.
DISCLAIMER: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there is a possibility of businesses or events closing, cancelling, or postponing at any time. No prize will be substituted should anything be cancelled, postponed or closed.
